COMPREHENSIVE IMMIGRATION ASSESSMENT

You do not plan your trip without having a GPS navigator or at least your roadmap. It simply does not make sense to travel without having a roadmap to guide you to your destination. Unfortunately, many individuals attempt to start their own Canadian immigration process without discovering all immigration options and selecting the best possible immigration avenues available to them. This normally results in wasted time, financial and other resources, and even possible application refusals. ICJC Inc offers written case assessments, estimates and evaluation of your chances of success with recommendations and the most appropriate category(ies) for your specific case.  The cost of our assessment is $300.00 US without further obligations to you.  

When you obtain your report, you will be informed and confident that you selected the best possible immigration category available to you and proceed with your immigration process. This assessment will become your roadmap in your immigration process.  

Canadian Immigration Legislation can change at any time and without notice. Due to these frequent changes, your Comprehensive Immigration Report will be valid for 30 days. We understand that you may have additional questions related to your immigration assessment. If this is the case, we also provide online meetings to answer your questions or address your concerns.

1. You can download our Immigration Assessment Questionnaire with Instructions located at the bottom of this page. 
2. You and all of your immediate family members complete the Immigration Questionnaire,   make an online payment and e-mail the completed questionnaire.
3. Within 10 business days or less, we will assess your completed questionnaire and provide you with your personalized, comprehensive Immigration Assessment Report. We will also answer any additional questions you may have.  Just make sure you send these with your assessment questionnaire.
4. We will provide you and your family members over 16 years of age (your children, if applicable) with the list of the best possible options available to you,  your family in general, as well as family members over 18 years of age. 
5. If you retain ICJC Inc. to represent you before Canadian Immigration Authorities, we will apply the $300.00 US you paid for the assessment as a partial payment of your bill.

If you retain us to represent you:

1. We will prepare and forward to you a customized Retainer Agreement outlining details, terms and conditions of our cooperation, as well as details of your representation.  This Retainer Agreement will be based on your assessment report. 
2. You will have 30 calendar days to review all the information therein, sign and forward a signed copy of a Retainer Agreement back to us. 
3. Once you return to us signed the Retainer Agreement, we will start working on your file.
